Dawa

1 shot vodka, 1 shot pure honey, half a lime, soda to top up to taste, served with a bamboo ‘masher’

Mojito

2 Shots white rum, one shot lime juice, 1 tsp granulated sugar, mint, soda water, angostura bitters. - mix into a highball glass and garnish with fresh mint.

Cosmopolitan

1 and a half shots Citroen vodka, 1 shot Cointreau, 1 and half shots of cranberry juice, dash of fresh lime juice, ice. Shake in a cocktail shaker and pour into a cocktail glass, add an orange twist.

Strawberry Daiquiri

1 Shot white rum, 1 shot crème de fraises, one shot lime juice, half shot of Gomme syrup, fresh strawberries - Blend in a blender and pour into a high ball glass.
