We always email you our current terms and conditions at the time of sending you a quote. The terms and conditions sent at that time will superceede anything that is upon this site.

All prices on our website and on our printed matter are correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time for any reason without notifying you the customer in advance.

We check our prices with all of the major supermarkets, in order to give you the customer the best possible deal.

If a product is not available in Kenya, we cannot be held responsible for the lack of availability of that product. If you have ordered a product for a function and have paid for it, we will do our utmost to get the product for you. In the event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will contact you the customer and suggest an alternative of similar or higher value. We also reserve the right to return deposits instead of providing the goods or services. In all circumstances we will try our utmost to provide you with a service you can rely on.

Delivery

All deliveries will incur a delivery charge. We can deliver outside Nairobi, but reserve the right to charge a delivery fee. That fee will be agreed with the customer before any delivery is made. If products are available in Kenya we will do all we possibly can to deliver paid for goods within 3 days of payment. In the event that goods do not become available in that time we will offer a same value replacement or refund your payments. Guaranteed same day delivery is only available in Nairobi and is subject to the order being received before midday and will be subject to a delivery charge.

Price promise

We offer one of two methods of pricing. The first is sale or return which is slightly higher than normal retail pricing. The second is a discounted case price. We promise that the prices of our wines are cheaper than the supermarket when you buy our wine by the case and collect it from our store. In the event that within one week of purchase you find our wine cheaper anywhere else in Nairobi we will refund you double the difference when you make your next purchase.

Payment

Payment for events and parties is strictly cash or cheque (to have cleared before delivery) unless otherwise agreed with a director of the company. For smaller orders payment in cash is acceptable on delivery. In the event that upon delivery you do not have sufficient cash to pay for the goods and pay for the deposit for any goods to which deposits are required then the delivery driver will return the goods to our depot. We will not then return to your premises unless you pay for the transportation costs.

Mobile phones

For security reasons we do not accept orders from a mobile phone. We will require a landline number and will call you back on that number in order to guarantee a physical location.
